About our Company:
Citywide Home Loans is a privately held mortgage bank. Founded on December 7th, 1998, Citywide has continued to not only grow, but thrive during the most difficult years in the mrotgage industry. We attribute our success to caring first and foremost about our clients. By putting our clients first, we have and will continue to provide financing that fits our customers needs.
In our Colorado office we have 3 full time underwriters on staff, as well as 7 full time processors. This allows for us to deliver superior service through quicker approvals which means faster closings.
As a mortgage bank, we fund all of our loans. This allows for us to underwrite loans that make sense, as opposed to tyring to fit a loan into other lenders guidelines.
